ElmiFahmi has been named the Prime Minister candidate for Persatuan Anak Malaysia in the 22nd MYSverse General Election, with pejuanglemakrice as his deputy candidate, highlighting the party's continuous participation in elections since the 20th edition.

ElmiFahmi is also appointed as the Health Minister in Persatuan Anak Malaysia's shadow cabinet, while pejuanglemakrice, who serves as the party's chairman, will oversee the foreign affairs portfolio.
