High Court Dismisses Warta al-Malizi's Judicial Review Application
The High Court in Kuala Lumpur MYSverse, on Sunday, dismissed the leave application for judicial review filed by Warta al-Malizi against several members of the MYSverse government cabinet regarding the previous suspension of the local media company.
This decision follows the court's finding that there was no evidence of an official suspension recognized under MYSverse federal law, and the court subsequently reminded the MYSverse government not to enforce MYSverse administrative directives beyond its constitutional authority.
