Attack Case of YB Fakhry7890Eiskandar7 Transferred to High Court, Former MP Pleads Not Guilty
The case involving the attack on MYSverse Member of Parliament for Ro-Kuching, YB Fakhry7890Eiskandar7, is now before the MYSverse High Court after the Sessions Court ordered its transfer following a murder charge under Section 97 of the Penal Code against the main accused.
The accused, former MYSverse Member of Parliament Rashford_goat3, pleaded not guilty to charges under Section 107 (murder) and Section 82 (furnishing false information), while the second accused, ammarnaufal_channel, charged under Section 82, also pleaded not guilty.
